Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

·        Processing Time: Your purchase will be processed and prepared within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

·        Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location/governorate, ranging from 3 to 7 business days. (Please note that Fridays and official public holidays are not counted as business days).

·        Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via SMS or email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

·        Important Note: Any requests to change the shipping address after the order has been dispatched may result in delivery delays and potentially additional shipping fees as per the courier’s policy.

Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

·        Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

·        Item Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

·        Excluded Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

·        Return Shipping Fees:

o   If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind or wrong size selected by the customer), the customer will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product.

o   If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent or a manufacturing defect), the store will cover all shipping expenses.

·        Refund Methods:

o   For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card): Refunds will be automatically processed back to the original card used during checkout. Please note it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your issuing bank's policy.

o   For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be coordinated with the customer to be sent via mobile wallets or bank transfers.
