سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

نحن ملتزمون بتوصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأعلى درجة من الموثوقية.

·        مدة التجهيز: يتم تجهيز ومعالجة طلبكم خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

·        مدة التوصيل: تختلف مدة التوصيل بناءً على المحافظة، وتتراوح بين 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل. (يرجى العلم أن أيام الجمعة والعطلات الرسمية ليست أيام عمل).

·        تتبع الشحنة: بمجرد خروج الطلب مع شركة الشحن، ستتلقون رسالة نصية أو بريد إلكتروني يحتوي على رقم تتبع الشحنة لمتابعة خط سيرها.

·        ملاحظة هامة: في حال رغبة العميل في تعديل عنوان الشحن بعد خروج الطرد، قد يؤدي ذلك إلى تأخير إضافي في موعد التسليم وتكبد مصاريف شحن إضافية بحسب سياسة شركة الشحن.
